1. Overview
At Vanyr, we provide premium, nature-sourced food products. Due to the perishable/consumable nature of these goods, returns and refunds are governed by strict quality and safety standards in compliance with Indian food regulations.
2. Regulatory Compliance (FSSAI & Food Safety)
- All Vanyr products are handled, stored, and distributed in accordance with the guidelines of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI)
- Products are not eligible for return once opened, as per food safety and hygiene regulations
- Batch numbers, manufacturing dates, and expiry details are clearly mentioned as mandated by Indian law
- Any complaint regarding product quality will be assessed in line with FSSAI grievance and food safety protocols
3. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may request a return/refund only if:
- The product is damaged during transit
- You received an incorrect product
- The product shows genuine quality defects before opening
Conditions:
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging
- Unboxing video or clear images may be required for verification
4. Non-Returnable Conditions (As per Food Safety Norms)
Returns/refunds will not be accepted for:
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Improper storage after delivery
- Taste preferences or personal dislike
- Products nearing or within expiry if delivered within valid shelf life
5. Quality Assurance & Liability
- Vanyr ensures all products pass internal quality checks before dispatch
- Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product
- We are not responsible for adverse effects caused due to:
- Allergies
- Improper storage
- Consumption beyond expiry
Customers are advised to read labels carefully before consumption.
6. Refund Process
- Requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
Timelines:
- UPI/Wallets: 2–5 business days
- Cards/Net Banking: 5–7 business days
7. Replacement Policy
- Eligible cases may receive a replacement or refund
- Replacement is subject to product availability
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted
9. Shipping Charges
- If the issue is due to our error, we bear return shipping
- Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable
